"We received a number of quotes from builders for our kitchen extension, Jack's costings were very reasonable and we were further reassured by being invited to his house to look at his own extension. The whole process was straightforward and worry free. Jacks communication at every stage was excellent, the work was finished on schedule and the team he employed were friendly and conscientious. We were so impressed that we got jack back to convert our garage into a music room and shed and also to do our loft extension. We also used Jack and Sam to carpet our house throughout. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jack to anyone"

We had a loft conversion/extension last year jack was recommended to us through a friend and we definitely made the right choice! Jack and his team were very professional and friendly, they done a fantastic job they even made sure it was all clean and tidy before leaving for the day. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We moved into our current house Just over two years ago. Since then Ingenuity Ltd have carried out both large and small projects for us - from knocking down walls upstairs and downstairs, remodelling a kitchen and dining room, creating storage areas, designing and building a small sun room, laying wooden flooring, carpeting three rooms and coming up with innovative lighting design.

They come when they say will come, on time and do a full day’s work. They are quick workers and have always left the premises tidy at the end of each day. Jack and Sam, the owners are professional, friendly and very knowledgable. They have a regular team of employees who are all excellent . Any sub-contractors they use are known to them personally and their work is always up to the high standards of Ingenuity.

We have employed many builders over the years, including one team who built a new house for us. Without doubt, Ingenuity are the best builders we have ever had. We have been delighted with all of the work they have done for us and would recommend then wholeheartedly to anyone.

I was recommended Ingenuity Trade through a friend after struggling to find somebody to take on a tricky build with a lot a steel work. Jack visited our property and was not at all phased by the drawings or works needed. His knowledge put us at ease throughout and our finished extension was superb. All the staff were friendly and considerate for the duration of works. We have no hesitation in recommending Ingenuity.

I would highly recommend anyone who’s thinking of getting works complete to have it done by Jack and his team. From start to finish they were friendly, approachable and professional. The end results were of the highest standard. We were so pleased we chose them.
